桃園市1名31歲林姓男子，2年前被妻子（30歲）發現有小三，妻子在電腦中看到丈夫與陳姓小三（29歲）赤裸相擁及性交等親密照片，林男在妻子盛怒之下，最後簽下悔過書，保證斷絕與陳女來往，否則賠償200萬元，才獲林妻諒解撤告。

不料去年3月，林妻發現林男與陳女舊情復燃，跟蹤發現林男開車搭載陳女出遊幽會，憤而與林男離婚，也要求林男履行協議賠償200萬元，桃園地院法官衡量林男償付能力，判賠190萬元、他們的2歲兒子監護權也歸林妻。（張沛森／桃園報導）
