停火雖生效東烏仍有戰火

（路透基輔23日電）儘管歐洲多國領袖再次努力確保烏克蘭可維持停火，東烏克蘭今天仍持續戰鬥。

烏克蘭軍方說，親俄分離叛軍在過去24小時使用火箭、大砲和武裝車輛，49次攻擊政府部隊控制的據點。

軍方發言人史提爾梅克（Anatoly Stelmakh）說：「攻擊次數顯示恐怖分子不願完全放下他們的槍。」

他說，馬立波（Mariupol）區域受到若干砲轟。瀕亞速海（Azov Sea）的馬立波大部份為政府控制，基輔當局擔心此地可能成為分離分子下一步攻擊焦點。

反叛分子指控政府部隊也發動攻擊，包括對反叛軍大本營頓內茨（Donetsk）的住宅區。分離叛軍新聞服務DAN說，政府軍昨天砲轟，造成一名女性喪命。

自15日停火生效以來，最激烈的戰鬥發生在傑巴利采韋（Debaltseve）市內及周圍地區。烏克蘭部隊已於18日撤離這個具戰略地位的鐵路城市。

法國、德國、烏克蘭和俄羅斯領袖昨天電話通話同意，再次投入確保可維持烏克蘭停火。4國外交部長預計下周會面，討論東烏克蘭情勢。中央社(翻譯）
