爭議不斷的美河市案契約書曝光！

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，在2000年四月，時任台北市長馬英九核定的投資契約書，可以看到當時「投資人」、建商日勝生建議，北市府及捷運局獲得應以商辦為主，不足部分再以商場補足，理由是「使捷運局不必花多餘心力處分住宅」。

隨後前任台北市長郝龍斌又在九次權益分配會議中確認分配比例，讓「美河市案」造成擁地99.24％的北市府，竟只分回30.75％樓地板的「世界級笑話」 (葉國吏/綜合報導)
