Facebook公佈情人節大調查，超過5.8萬台灣人在2014年情人節前後四天內更新Facebook上的感情狀態，1.6萬人將感情狀態改為「穩定交往中」高調放閃，改為「已婚」也有7千人以上；情人節最常使用的表情符號為「

Facebook指出，除了高調曬恩愛，也有1.8萬人改為「單身」，孤獨度過情人節；行動用戶活動量在情人節當天不分男女皆飆升，25至34歲用戶最常在Facebook上討論情人節和情人節送禮相關話題。情人節最熱門打卡地標分別食品與餐廳、社區與政府、戶外。統計去年最常和送禮主題聯想在一起的詞彙為「愛」，（生活中心／台北報導）
