能源局長王運銘退休　經部技術處長林全能接任

經濟部今宣布，行政院已核定能源局原局長王運銘於本月1日退休，由經濟部技術處處長林全能陞任局長。

經濟部指，新任局長林全能現年49歲，台灣工業技術學院工業管理科學系畢，歷任經濟部工業局技正、科長、專委及技術處副處長等職，2012年6月起擔任經濟部技術處處長，負責科專計畫之規劃與推動，對提升我國產業技術貢獻卓著。（許麗珍／台北報導）
