日提醒海外國民注意安危　不會出兵打IS

香港《商業電台》報導，極端組織「伊斯蘭國」（IS）發放日本人質後藤健二斬首的影片後，又警告將來會以日本人為殺害目標。
 
日本首相安倍晉三誓言不會向恐怖主義屈服，強調日本將在國際社會反恐過程中，堅決盡自己責任，繼續向中東擴大糧食及醫療等人道援助，對抗伊斯蘭國極端份子。
 
他又要求採取萬全措施，確保國內外日本人的安全。日本外務省發出旅遊提示，警告在海外的日本國民、企業及學校，可能會受恐怖活動威脅，呼籲他們注意安全，加強危機管理意識，又要求國民避免 前往敘利亞及伊拉克等地。
 
內閣官房長官菅義偉說，已指示各地使領館，保護當地日本人，並會加強反恐工作。不過他否認會派自衛隊，支援空襲伊斯蘭國的美英聯軍。（余浚安／綜合外電報導）
