烏政府與親俄民兵和談破局　東部戰火難熄

昨天烏克蘭政府與親俄民兵聚首白俄羅斯首都明斯克，密談4小時後宣告破局。
 
路透報導，烏克蘭代表控訴親俄民兵破壞和談，故意在會前祭出通牒，又拒絕討論停火協議。自行建國的頓內次克共和國民兵代表，會後則在明斯克機場表示，他認為本次和談沒有建設性，各方陳述各自意見。歐安會成員（OSCE）與俄國大使也有出席和談。（余浚安／綜合外電報導）
