柯P爸媽補稅　國稅局再聲明：是利息所得稅啦

柯P父母補稅，財政部北區國稅局今發新聞稿再說明，指柯P妻子陳佩琪確有給付利息事實，該利息是為所得稅法第14條第1項第4類規定的利息所得，應併入柯P父母年度綜合所得課稅。因此有關媒體報導所說要繳的3萬多元的稅，是按所得稅法規定估算的金額。

北區國稅局重申，這次受理柯市長父母遭檢舉案，是依「各級稽徵機關處理違章漏稅及檢舉案件作業要點」辦理，絕無針對性查稅事宜，查核過程亦審慎調查釐清事實，目前已調查完竣，惟調查結果必須保密。（林巧雁／台北報導）
