台北機廠全區列古蹟　北市府3高層同意

民進黨立委管碧玲昨天晚上在臉書發文表示，她昨天和台北市政府副市長林欽榮、都發局長林洲民和文化局長倪重華見面溝通，3位北市府高層同意，台北機廠將朝向全區指定為國定古蹟的方向來落實。

之前媒體曾報導，台鐵看好台北機廠這塊地可帶來500億元商機，打算分割開發，除保留文資古蹟做鐵道博物館外，有5成6要開發成商場與豪宅，在鐵道迷要求全區保留後，才改口同意少開發一棟旅館。當時管碧玲就指古蹟的認定、審核並非交通部說了算，質疑交通部是要圖利財團。

如今北市府3名高層同意將台北機廠朝全區指定為國定古蹟方向進行，管碧玲開心地po文表示，面對面的溝通果然十分重要，「加油！加油！又向前邁進了一步！」（即時新聞中心／綜合報導）
