變性人易出車禍？　俄國將禁變性者拿駕照

俄國政府繼立法禁止同性戀後，現在又祭出新法禁止變性人或跨型別者取得駕照。

英國廣播公司（BBC）報導指出，俄國新法規將禁止有心理疾病者取得駕照，包括暴露癖、偷窺狂、戀物癖及「性別障礙」者都被列入禁止名單中。當地人權團體及醫療機構均反對新法執行，俄羅斯心理協會專家伊土申科（Valery Evtushenko）說，未來可能有不少潛在病患會避免就醫，以免無法取得駕照。而人權團體也表示，新法根本是一項歧視政策。（桂家齊／綜合外電報導）
