中監：扁情緒穩定　心情難免失落

前總統陳水扁保外就醫公文昨因塞車，保外就醫未果，上午，台中監獄表示，管理員和看護有特別注意扁的情況，扁整晚情緒穩定，但希望落空，難免失落。上午，扁沒有訪客，中監外面，ㄧ邊ㄧ國連線成員依然守候，零星來訪的民眾聚集，批評法務部作業流程，因人而異，故意要多關扁幾天，讓人無法接受。(許淑惠/台中報導)
