中榮：扁死亡率一般人1.78倍

台中榮民總醫院院長李三剛昨天在立法院答詢時表示，陳水扁之前口吃、手抖，現在有嗆咳症狀，嚴重會影響呼吸、引發肺炎，增加猝死可能性；尤其陳水扁還有睡眠呼吸中止問題，死亡率是一般人的一點七八倍。

李三剛表示，陳水扁如果可以保外就醫，將有另一個醫療小組負責照顧，不是現在的醫療小組。療養方式部分，則要看法務部或陳水扁個人意願。
