任孩童身處危境　依法最高可罰15000元

一對男女朋友昨天夜間剛從高雄裝好行車紀錄器，返回屏東市途經台3線時海豐段，差點撞上走在馬路上的1歲孩童，還好駕駛急緊急停車，陳姓女友還把男童抱到路邊找家人，沒想到男童的母親竟不知道小孩差點被撞，讓陳女直呼:「太離譜了」。

畫面上一聲驚呼：「噢!囝仔」接著汽車喇叭大響，小孩直往車子方向走過來，陳女馬上要求男子停車，並且衝上前去把小孩抱到路旁。陳女說，當時小孩身旁完全沒有家人，循著前方燈光才找到孩子的媽，她告訴對方剛剛發生的過程，孩子的媽反應不過來，完全不知上一刻小孩子身陷險境。

屏東警方表示，監護照顧人不得使兒童獨處於危險或易生傷害環境，違者可依兒童及少年福利與權益保障法處3000至15000元罰鍰，警方將調查釐清該案的父母有無故意或疏忽。（洪振生／屏東報導）
