彰銀改選　12月8日股東臨會開戰

彰銀經營權大戰，拍定12月8日開戰。在金管會嚴重關切下，彰銀已在今（13）日發出通知，拍定12月8日召開股東臨時會，改選董監事，並增設審計委員會。
 
據了解，彰銀臨時董事會將在下周二（21日）舉行，會中將討論修改公司章程，納入審計委員會等規定。

據了解，仍先維持9席董事，9席中，台新仍堅持要設4席獨董，意味雙方開戰態勢一觸即發。（廖珮君／台北報導）
