賭博輸錢教唆搶劫 　犯嫌矢口否認

新北市警方破獲一起假車禍真強盜案件，三峽區一名43歲洪姓被害人向警方報案指稱日前10月8日下午4時許，在三峽國慶路上騎乘機車與人發生車禍，隨即車上2名少年下車朝他身上毆打及搶奪身上財物後離去。
 
警方獲報後調查出，22歲林姓及17歲王姓2名少年涉嫌重大，通知2人到警局說明，林、王2人皆同向警方表示是一名39歲蔡姓友人教唆指使，製造假車禍真搶劫。隨後三峽分局警方報請檢察官申請拘票，逮捕蔡俊宏嫌疑人到案偵查。
 
警調查發現，蔡嫌與洪姓被害人是在工地認識，蔡嫌是合作社負責人，平時工作午休時間會聚集小賭，因懷疑洪姓被害人詐賭贏得1萬多元現金不甘，於是教唆欠他錢的林、王2人，向被害人製造假車禍真搶錢，再將搶來的錢當作還款，但蔡嫌到案矢口否認教唆他人，也不認識其他3人，警方最後依林、王2人指認教唆犯案，依強盜罪名移送蔡嫌法辦，林、王2人依強盜罪名函送法辦。(突發中心／新北報導)
