薪資漲幅負成長　亞洲四小龍輸慘墊底

經濟合作暨發展組織OECD（Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development）指出，去年台灣工業及服務業員工平均每月薪資漲幅，在亞洲四小龍中敬陪末座。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，OECD資料顯示，台灣工業及服務業員工去年平均每月薪資，折合成美元僅1533.9美元，負成長0.36%，不及新加坡3693.76美元一半，在亞洲四小龍中墊底。

2012年台灣製造業勞工每小時勞動報酬為9.46美元，不如南韓的20.72美元、新加坡24.16美元。勞動部官員說，勞工正因為低薪，得加班換取一家溫飽，曾要求某企業改善超時工作情況，卻接到勞工抗議電話，「沒有加班，賺的錢根本不夠養家！」（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
