(中央社記者陳政偉台北11日電）海研五號10日下午在澎湖外海發生船難，交通部表示，目前已確定2人死亡，5人傷勢較為嚴重住院治療，另外13人則輕傷。

交通部航港局長祁文中表示，2位確定死亡名單分別為中研院研究員許世傑以及海洋中心研究員林怡君，兩名傷者在到院前即已無生命跡象。

祁文中今天凌晨表示，海研五號10日下午行經澎湖外海，發生機械故障，不幸於當日晚間沉沒，在11日凌晨12點20分時，救生筏6人全數救回。

祁文中說，海研5號在澎湖外海機械故障，5點36分發出求救訊號，7點46分船隻發出遇險訊號，8點02分船隻沉沒3/4，10日下午8時11分船隻全部沉沒。(中央社)
