鴻海結盟台灣大　恐違反「黨政軍」條款

曾因旗下國碁電子擬採用中國製基地台被否准，槓上NCC的鴻海集團總裁郭台銘，冤家路窄，這回又要面對NCC了。
 
今日出刊的《聯合報》報導，鴻海日前與台灣大哥大結盟，雙方互持股權，但此舉可能導致鴻海間接持有台灣大旗下的「台固媒體」，導致台固因為黨政軍條款被罰款。
 
雖然企業界不斷呼籲鬆綁黨政軍條款，但NCC表示，在修法未過前，廣電三法和電信法的法律位階最高，只能依法行事。（王嘉慶／綜合報導）
