梁振英涉嫌收賄　特首辦三度回應

香港政府深夜前第三度回應有關行政長官梁振英，從澳洲公司UGL收取折合約5千萬港元款項。

對於梁振英和UGL的協議列明，當有需要時梁振英要協助宣傳，擔任介紹人及出任顧問，特首辦指，條文只會在梁振英落選行政長官時才會生效，而且不可產生任何利益衝突。

政府新聞署亦引述UGL的聲明，表示與梁振英簽署離職協議，防止他離職後向舊公司戴德梁行挖角，及構成競爭，是收購慣常商業手法，戴德梁行的高層管理人員在商討期間完全得悉及參與。（大陸中心／綜合報導）
