夜店殺警案　警再逮2嫌

夜店殺警案刑警薛貞國告別式，將在10月1日舉行，盡天下午5時許警方將第9位涉嫌以紅絨柱殺警的許淳凱23歲移送地檢署，警方總共移送39名犯嫌，已有13名遭檢方收押，警方隨即又拘提到2名張姓犯嫌偵訊中。
 
警方調查，剛到案的犯嫌張程翔29歲、張福生21歲2嫌，均都有到場，警方過濾監視畫面尚未發現2人有動手毆打薛，均屬外圍滋事分子；張程翔是自行向警方投案，張福生則是警方持拘票拘提到案，警方目前正偵訊中。（簡銘柱／台北報導）
