人本教育基金會與人權團體，(25)日早上赴教育部抗議，針對台南特教學校集體性侵案，7月彈劾包括教育部官員與該校校長、主任等16人後，學校才協議三案各賠110、130、150萬，其餘兩案其中一案3月由地方法院判賠140萬，剩一案法院訴訟中，對此人權團體不滿，認為教育部失職官員也必須為案件的求償負責。...(完整內容)
