不滿住宅政策　巢運10/4將夜宿仁愛路

發動「巢運」的各社運團體今下午舉行記者會，房市改革行動聯盟召集人彭建文痛批，興建社會住宅必須有長期規劃，尤其應有整體性財政規劃，但政院卻僅以財政困難迴避問題，甚至提出10年蓋3.4萬戶社會住宅，政策草率無能，也突顯政府企圖心不足。
 
學者花敬群痛批，台灣住宅與房市問題嚴重，相較無黨籍台北市長參選人柯文哲宣示8年任期蓋5萬戶社會住宅、國民黨台北市長參選人連勝文簽署同意巢運提出廣建住宅達5%等5大訴求，行政院卻提出10年只蓋3.4萬戶社會住宅的政策，「政府沒有心，只會敷衍！」
 
社運團體巢運將於10月4日夜宿仁愛路，提出改革房產稅制、廣建住宅達5%等5大訴求。對於巢運夜宿仁愛路前夕，連勝文舉家撤出帝寶，巢運發言人彭揚凱表示不予回應。（李英婷／台北報導）
