高鐵局標售十筆站區土地底價共51.8億元

交通部高鐵局標售高鐵站區共十筆土地，包括兩筆商業區和八筆住宅區土地，標售底價高達51.87億元，投標期間自公告日起至11月26日上午10時截止投標。

高鐵局29日表示，這次標售的土地中，桃園站區和台中站區各有一筆商業區土地，面積分別是2,284坪和605坪，底價各為23.33億元和2.68億元，而八筆住宅區土地則包括桃園、新竹、台中和台南等四個站區。
