自稱星國飯店代表　假投資「騙吃騙喝」

一名自稱是星國飯店、台灣某建設公司代表的李姓男子，暑假在台東接洽2家房仲業者，分別敲定10億購地款、開出300萬元本票，之後卻忽然消失無蹤。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，台東市中華路上1家仲介公司指出，李姓男子帶著妻子到台東，聲稱要投資10億購買土地，「這麼大的客戶，當然來了會好好招待，只要他開口，幾乎吃喝住都包了。」因他在台東遊玩期間經常聯絡外地房仲業者，台東業者研判他可能在全台騙吃騙喝，受害的同業可能不少。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
