嘉縣／不滿警察效率 黃宏成簽到簿寄王卓鈞

嘉義縣長參選人黃宏成指嘉義縣警察局長李永癸主動表示要拜會他，但拜會時間一改再改，最後還「爽約」，讓他非常失望，除PO文暗批李永癸是「官爺」，還在競選總部貼上「拒往戶李永癸」。

黃宏成說，PO文後沒多久，他的競選總部的巡邏箱，竟隔了15小時才有員警簽到，質疑警方是「秋後算帳」，昨天氣得將員警的簽到簿列為「證物」寄給警政署長王卓鈞，要求查辦。

李永癸強調，絕沒有對黃宏成秋後算帳，已指示督察室調查有無員警疏失並依相關規定懲處。朴子警分局表示，因當天晚上轄區派出所警力不足，且沒有巡邏網，加上又有臨時案件要處理，所以才隔15小時才簽到，絕無秋後算帳。
