青年參選缺銀彈，發揮創意拉選票。新北市議員參選人吳清風花20元改造競選背心，讓志工放置平板或手機做宣傳，變身「人體電子花車」拜票。

改造後的背心，胸前的透明口袋可放進手機、背後袋子裝上平板，不但可以變成跑馬燈、還可播放競選影片「趴趴走」。

吳清風指出，競選影片是由廖柏哖友情跨刀製作，是一支充滿清新與感性的影片。廖在2008年製作的影片「讓我們好好的投」曾創下高達70多萬點閱率的紀錄。

他表示，這次的競選影片內容以第九選區瑞芳、平溪、雙溪、貢寮四區的景點作為主打，搭配輕快的節奏、充滿朝氣的短詩旁白，讓大家看到故鄉的美並築起返鄉的憧憬。

吳清風也歡迎所有青年候選人參考沿用這樣的競選背心，願所有抱持理想參選的青年返鄉候選人能不受經費阻礙，用創意高票當選。
