隨手丟菸蒂，被檢方循線逮捕9年前強盜性侵的惡狼！

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，94年5月間凌晨，巫姓男子持刀威脅性侵林姓女子，事後警方雖在林女下體採集到歹徒的精液，但輸入DNA資料庫卻毫無所獲。新竹地檢署檢察官上月偵辦一起竊車案件時，指示警方將車內所有跡證都採集DNA，沒想到地上一根菸蒂殘存的DNA，竟與當年的強盜性侵案惡狼精液相符。檢警事後追到竊車主嫌吳男，循線過濾出坐過贓車的巫男。檢方訊後依強盜及性侵罪嫌向新竹地院聲請羈押，法官迅速裁准。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
