歐巴馬：美國低估IS威脅

美國總統歐巴馬承認，美國低估激進組織「伊斯蘭國」（IS）的威脅，並高估了伊拉克政府軍的作戰能力和意願。

在接受哥倫比亞廣播公司《60分鐘》時事節目28日播出的訪問中，歐巴馬被問及IS成員如何能控制在敍利亞和伊拉克的大片土地。他指出，在伊拉克戰爭期間，美軍在伊拉克遜尼派協助下，鎮壓「基地」組織成員，但在敍利亞內戰期間，IS成員在大片土地無人管治下重整旗鼓並捲土重來。

美國總統歐巴馬表示，剿IS武裝分子的戰爭必須雙管齊下，一方面以軍事圍剿，另一方面緩解伊斯蘭兩大教派遜尼派和什葉派間的緊張關係。 歐巴馬在訪問中表示在陷入內戰的國家，聖戰組織如雨後春筍崛起，削弱這些聖戰組織的能力，斬斷他們的金錢來源，以及切斷外國人加入，至關重要。 與此同時，歐巴馬認為必須在中東地區謀求政治解決方案，解決遜尼派和什葉派的爭端。他強調，遜尼和什葉兩派間的衝突，是動亂的最大肇因。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
