烏干達男都有30cm？　稱戴保險套會爆精

烏干達有許多男性近日向政府部門投訴，稱政府發放的保險套又小又短，常讓他們在使用時有「爆精」的問題和憂慮。

據英國《都市報》報導，中非國家有愛滋病傳染問題，平均每年都有8萬人因此死亡，因此烏干達政府發放保險套，來防治愛滋病傳染。不過最近有許多烏干達男性向政府抱怨，稱保險套又小又短，除了讓他們在使用時相當不方便，還有可能發生「爆精」問題，因此要求政府能提供超大號保險套。

一般正常尺寸的保險套界在17~22公分間，但也有廠商推出23~24公分的超大號保險套。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
