中央氣象局今（20）日資料顯示，鳳凰風圈已進入巴士海峽，陸上警戒範圍也擴大，包含台東（含綠島、蘭嶼）、屏東、高雄、台南、嘉義、雲林、花蓮及南投地區應嚴加戒備並防強風豪雨。

氣象局預估，颱風中心可能將在今天深夜到明天凌晨從南部登陸，由南而北貫穿全台，首當其衝的南台灣要嚴加警戒。屏東縣今（20）日已經有6個鄉鎮今停班課，而台東縣也在今天早上宣布，晚間6點後停班停課，高雄也在稍早前宣布，晚間已經達到停班停課的標準。

氣象局預估，颱風今午後到明天影響最劇烈，而明天暴風圈籠罩全台灣，各地民眾都要嚴加戒備。
