北市日籍男學生 涉性侵起訴

北市1名日本籍高中男學生，用Line邀約國中部學妹到家中遊玩，2人並發生性關係，女學生母親得知後提出妨害性自主告訴，台北地檢署偵查期間，男學生供稱你情我願，沒有強迫或趁機性交，但由於女學生未滿14歲，檢方還是依與未成年女子性交罪嫌起訴男學生。
