「沒說要送妳」 小三判還男友1708萬

已婚的杜姓男子10年前上交友網站，結識陳姓女網友，杜承諾每月給她生活費包養。10年來陳女不斷以「我幫你投資」、「借我錢繳稅」等名義向杜借款，卻從不還錢，杜提返還借款訴訟，要求她吐回1729萬。

士林地院認為生活費歸生活費，借款歸借款，且陳女簡訊多次傳送「我會還」足見借貸關係存在，不能視為是男方心甘情願送的，判女方應付給杜1708萬元。

陳女說，認識對方時，杜甜言蜜語，要她別工作，還答應要照顧她一輩子，主張杜給的錢都是「送我的」。她說，因男方恐嚇要寄裸照給她爸媽，她迫於無奈才傳簡訊說「我會還」。
