Charges by your bank or in intermediary bank are beyond our control and we can take no responsibility for these charges. However, as a one time exception, we will refund the bank charges incurred for this wire. To verify the amount credited to your account, please scan and forward your bank statement with the name of the bank, your name, and the amount of the withdrawal to our Customer Service Department at csd@pinnacle.com. You may redact any other information included on the statement. Please note that Pinnacle will not reimburse fees which may be debited from your future wire withdrawals.
