國5尖峰通行費加價5成　明天再啟動試辦

國5尖離峰差別費率在秋節前已試辦過2周，但僅有移轉3%~6%車流量的效果，遭民眾質疑國道收費變貴、卻仍然塞車，因應秋節疏運停辦，國5尖離峰差別費率明天將再啟動試辦最後2周，9月13日、20日等周六上午6到12時，國五南下尖峰將加價5成，每公里漲為1.35元；9月14日、21日上午6到12時，國五北上離峰將減價5成，每公里將降為0.45元。
 
以南港到蘇澳為例，扣掉每天20公里的免費里程，通行費將從原本的41元增至73元；周日上午6至12時離峰時段，北上通行費打5折、可從41元減至9元。
 
交通部表示，目前暑假已結束，學校已經開學，9月的試辦和8月暑假的試辦情況將囊括旅遊旺季和淡季等樣本，將整體評估效應後，再決定是否常態化實施，若成效不彰，將不會常態化實施，則將改採強度的高乘載管制，將管制時段再拉長。(李姿慧／台北報導)
