新北市福和橋今早8時許驚傳有人落水，新北市以及台北市目前均有接獲民眾報案，根據目擊者表示，當時患者一度在水面上載浮載沉，但一下子人就不見蹤影，目前警消出動橡皮艇在水面上搜尋。（黃彥傑／新北報導）
