防災作戰　連勝文總部提北市管線防災準備

國民黨台北市長競選人連勝文競選總部上午舉行記者會，提出「連勝文對台北市管線災害之防災準備」主張，競選總部政策組長梁世興表示，台北市並沒有石化管線，絕大多數的就是瓦斯管，政府應優化地下管線系統資料庫，建立有效管理機制，並於災害發生時，使資料庫發揮作決策支援的功能。
 
由於高雄氣爆造成慘痛傷亡，記者會開始前，競選總部發言人錢震宇還先率領總部人員進行一分鐘的默哀。（王烱華／台北報導）
