酒後玩電玩，竟殺死親生兒子！新北市八里區30日清晨5時左右傳出一起命案，16歲的兒子教36歲的父親玩線上遊戲，不料卻在過程中發生口角，父親一氣之下，竟然持刀刺了兒子胸口，導致他傷重不治。這名父親被依殺人罪移送士林地檢署，晚間9時6萬元交保候傳。

這名劉姓父親喝酒後時常會行為失控、個性衝動，劉父在偵訊時供稱，原本父子2人在客廳喝威士忌，後來他叫兒子教他玩線上遊戲，沒想到因被兒子取笑而發生口角，當時兒子拿出水果刀，在爭執過程中不慎誤殺了兒子。

劉父發現兒子倒地才發現鑄下大錯，趕緊打電話報警，但送醫急救後仍不治。警方事後幫這名父親酒測，酒測值高達0.32，警訊後被移送士林地檢署，檢方認為沒有羈押必要，因此依殺人罪諭令劉父20萬元交保，但劉父籌不出來，檢方降為6萬元，他才交保離開。
