一名83歲黃姓老翁積欠2100萬元贈與稅不繳，行政執行署桃園分署上周五將他拘提到案，黃翁稱沒錢，被法院裁准管收（形同羈押），但這幾天黃翁熱到受不了，要兒子「快想辦法還錢」。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，桃園監獄官員昨指出，黃翁獨居一間3個榻榻米大的舍房，舍房只要超過26度，就會開電風扇及抽風機散熱，但這幾天溫度都達35度，所方表示，黃翁確實有抱怨這幾天天氣炎熱。黃的長子昨一早趕到管收所探父，黃翁隔著玻璃窗，拿起電話筒就開始痛哭，交代兒子「快想辦法還錢」。黃也向執行官表示「裡面很難熬」，兒子本周就會解決欠稅。（方翊倩／綜合報導）

黃翁寧願被管收也不想繳清欠稅，但連日高溫，黃翁用電扇和濕毛巾消暑，仍熱得受不了，要兒子「快想辦法還錢」。
