世足黃牛票主嫌　逃跑無門轉自首

巴西世界盃足球賽日前傳出國際足總（FIFA）合作夥伴販售黃牛票的超級醜聞，其中一名主角在潛逃數日後，昨終向里約熱內盧司法機構投案。
 
64歲英國人維蘭（Raymond Whelan）原是國際足總售票夥伴，也就是網路票務公司Match Hospitality的總監。因涉嫌販售黃牛票，上週四遭巴西警方宣告逮捕，但當警方抵達其於里約熱內盧居住的飯店逮人時，維蘭卻從飯店後門溜走。潛逃四天後才在昨日向里約熱內盧負責該案的法官自首，現已被扣留。
 
據了解，維蘭涉嫌利用網路票務公司取得世界盃票源，再把門票流入黑市販賣，警方預估每場比賽都讓其旗下的黃牛集團賺進9千萬美元(約27億台幣)，目前決賽黃牛票1張要價1萬6千美元(約49萬台幣)。該黃牛集團據稱在2002年日韓世界盃期間就已開始運作。（國際中心／綜合報導）
