單車式座位設計　空巴提專利申請

歐洲飛機製造商空中巴士設計出一款比經濟艙更狹窄的座位，猶如單車座位，沒有餐盤，沒有背墊，日前空巴已將這款設計提出專利申請，專利文件中表示，該馬鞍型之座位安裝於金屬桿上，座位可摺起，將可增加載客量，讓航空公司增加獲利。

空巴回應指，有關設計僅適合短程航班，但大部分設計將不會投產，現階段都還只是概念性設計；只是預防其他航空同業將來製造類似產品，則可保護空巴公司的專利。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
