【動新聞】官官相護？　上校醉毆衛兵未法辦

陸軍十軍團五八六旅前副旅長楊姓上校，遭爆2月時醉毆營門衛兵，陸軍卻官官相護，拖了2個多月，迄今未移送司法偵辦。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，楊姓上校去年底擔任五八六旅副旅長，今年初調任陸軍十軍團作戰處副處長，2月3日與友人餐敘，遭爆喝酒後要到五八六旅休息，卻因沒帶通行證遭營門衛兵擋架，讓楊姓上校相當不爽，耍出曾任副旅長的官威罵衛兵，還出手打衛兵3拳。

爆料者指出，衛兵被毆打後當下立即回報，但陸軍卻官官相護，拖了2個多月，十軍團4月才將楊交由台中憲兵隊偵辦，迄今未移送司法偵辦。軍方昨指出，楊僅承認肢體拉扯，已將楊記過1次，沒有官官相護。（胡治言／綜合報導）
