富商偷吃女房客　3間千億房產賠給妻

高雄市鄭姓富商擁有多間房產，近年出租1間房供呂姓女子做生意，進而到摩鐵開房間，被鄭妻「抓猴」，鄭男簽和解書，願把3間近億元房產給妻，事後反悔挨告，高雄地院判鄭男須履行合約。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，鄭妻委託徵信社調查，查出老公與呂女曾在2011年間到中國旅遊，甚至共睡一房。隔年7月5日凌晨，鄭男和呂女投宿基隆市長榮桂冠酒店，當場被業者會同警方查獲；鄭男自願簽訂和解契約，同意把明華路、天祥路各1間房子全部產權，及明華路另一間房子的一半產權，移轉登記到她的名下。

鄭事後反悔，稱遭妻威脅下簽和解書，主張依法無效。承辦法官指出，據當日拍攝照片、光碟內容，未見鄭妻有何脅迫舉動，鄭男又提不出證據，判他敗訴。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
