Sprint傳將砸1.5兆元　買T-Mobile

美國第3大行動電信商Sprint據傳已談成以約500億美元（1.5兆元台幣）收購第4大電信商T-Mobile，將合起來挑戰Verizon與AT&T，使美國行動市場形成三強鼎立局面，由於這將改變競爭態勢，可能在尋求監管當局批准時面臨嚴格審查。

據華爾街日報引述知情人士報導，日本軟體銀行（SoftBank，軟銀）掌控的Sprint將以每股約40美元的現金與股票收購T-Mobile，較後者周三收盤價溢價17%，但這筆交易仍可能有變數。

若監管當局拒絕批准，Sprint將須支付T-Mobile逾10億美元分手費。根據協議，T-Mobile母公司德意志電信（Deutsche Telekom）將取得合併後公司15~20%股權。

不過美國司法部與聯邦通訊委員會（FCC）先前曾對AT&T企圖收購T-Mobile表示反對，部分聯邦監管機構已表示希望美國維持4家電信商競爭局面，讓消費者享有較多元的選擇。美國專家指出，Sprint購併T-Mobile獲美國監管機構同意的可能性只有3~4成。（于倩若／綜合外電報導）
