清境農場前場長汙10萬　換吃7年半牢飯

清境農場前場長劉遠忠(58歲)前年在進行「清境農場賓館客房門更新工程」驗收時，刻意刁難得標廠商孟都公司洪姓負責人，不予通過，迫使洪付出10萬元賄款；去年1月事件曝光後遭收押，南投地方法院今天以劉遠忠犯下《貪汙治罪條例》不違背職務收受賄賂罪，判處7年6個月徒刑、褫奪公權4年。
 
同案被告的工地監造人員林怡貝，則假藉劉遠忠名義向廠商索賄300多萬元，犯詐欺取財罪，被地院判處2年10個月徒刑。

劉遠忠歷任空軍第四四三聯隊長、空軍教準部少將副指揮官，專長國家安全管理與公共災害的預防處理，並曾出書《動態危機管理》兩本；1990年10月2日，劉曾駕駛F-5E戰機於台南外海墜海，劉跳傘獲救。（高堂堯／南投報導）
