台工銀董事改選　駱家經營權不變

台工銀股東會今日進行15席董事（含3席董事）改選，董事成員包括現任董事長駱錦明、台泥集團董事長辜成允、駱錦明女兒駱怡君、駱怡倩、駱妻陳世姿等人皆列董事名單，經營權不變。
 
據台工銀年報揭露，今年集團仍將積極尋求海內外購併標的，市場關切台工銀商銀整併進度，駱錦明表示，「在美國談（購併）較容易」，國內較麻煩。市場傳年底前可望有明確進度，駱以「還早，董事會還沒討論」回應。
 
由於台工銀股東會出席率與贊成權數皆逾9成，改選程序順利完成，台工銀指出，其餘董事成員尚包括：怡昌投資董事代表林杇柴、楊錦裕、三和塑膠代表鄭聰晦敏、李榮慶、啟業化工盛保熙、興旺投資代表吳川熺、昌福投資黃崇智、獨董則分別由大眾創投董事劉榮主、統一企業獨董游朝堂、華票獨立董事詹火生擔任。（陳瑩欣／台北報導）
