生、主分不清　1.4億債權延宕索國賠

新竹地院民事執行處涉把地址的「生」誤植為「主」，張姓債權人怒控，1億4100萬元拍賣款因此延宕，擬聲請國賠。

今日出版的《中國時報》報導，新竹地院民事執行處承辦人打錯地址，把民「生」路誤植為民「主」路，1億4100萬元不能如期分配給其他12位債權人，延宕至少1個多月，竟要債權人承擔損失。新竹地院民事執行處庭長謝永昌認為可循國家賠償程序處理。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
