新北市各區今天凌晨下起漸歇性大雨，凌晨1時許，淡水消防分隊據報，淡水區中正路二段觀海路附近，傳出積水暫無法宣洩。

新北市府消防局凌晨表示，淡水漁人碼頭、觀海路附近，本來就靠近出海口，凌晨的瞬間大雨，造成地區排水暫時無法排除，消防隊已經前往瞭解災情，部分道路與社區有積水5公分上下。

至於新北市其他區域，包括土城、中和、永和、板橋一帶，受滯留鋒面影響，今天凌晨也陸續下起局部大雨，夾帶著打雷、閃電，有些山區雨勢更大，不過，消防局至凌晨1時30分，並沒有接到重大災情通報。

由於雨勢很大，部分住戶甚至在睡眠中，遭雷雨聲吵醒。(中央社)
