中國妻離婚　想拿全部房產

陳姓男子與侯姓中國妻約定，女方取得身分證後，要將房產分一半給她，若男方打老婆，或外面有小三，剩下房產也歸女方。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，判決書指出，今年3月陳、侯離婚，侯女主張102年11月間，陳作勢要趕她出門，她有驗傷單，另在離婚當天，陳的臉書大頭照，立即改為他與另名女子的親密合照。侯女「 獅子大開口」，向法院請求房產全部過戶給她，法官判取得一半房產，其他部分查無確切證據，陳男才保住「半壁江山」。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
