歐巴馬換囚掀爭議　共和黨批應被彈劾

美國總統歐巴馬(Barack Obama)被批評並未按照法例知會國會，擅自釋放5名囚禁在關塔那摩灣監獄的「神學士」(Taliban)囚犯，以換取對方釋放被虜美軍伯格德爾(Bowe Bergdahl)，引發喧然大波，近日備受共和黨批評。有前聯邦檢察官更認為，歐巴馬釋放囚犯威脅美國本土安全，應被彈劾。

歐巴馬去年12月簽署一項有關國防部的財政預算及其他政策的法案，其中一項是要求國防部長哈格爾，遷移或釋放關塔那摩灣監獄囚犯前，必須在不能少於30日前，通知國會相關委員，向他們解釋放囚犯的原因、此舉是否有利國家，及政府如何確保釋囚不威脅美國等。前聯邦檢察官麥卡錫(Andrew C. McCarthy)質疑，歐巴馬違反此法案，形容他犯下「重罪和行為不當」，足以被彈劾；而他於當地周二推出的《Faithless Execution》一書，書中陳述歐巴馬如何罔顧法律，認為美國人必須罷免這個總統才有和平。

另外，已經傳出柏格德爾當年是因為「擅離職守」才被擄走，現在有超過2千人透過《白宮請願網》聯署，要求華府懲罰伯格德爾。（於慶中／綜合外電報導）
