中東行 教宗方濟各抵達約旦

（法新社安曼24日電） 羅馬天主教教宗方濟各今天抵達約旦展開訪問中東行程，除了舒緩天主教存在已久的內部嫌隙外，也目標提振與穆斯林和猶太教徒關係。

教廷將這趟旅程標誌為「祈禱者朝聖之旅」，還說儘管引發安全疑慮，教宗將選搭敞篷車輛，而非防彈車。

天主教設施先前爆發一連串仇恨攻擊事件，以色列當局本週對15名右翼猶太教極端分子發布禁止令，要求他們遠離教宗即將參訪的地方。

教宗展開約旦、以色列和巴勒斯坦自治區的3天訪問前，在聖伯多祿廣場（St. Peter's Square）告訴約5萬名信徒：「這將是純粹的宗教之旅。」（譯者：中央社張詠晴）
